FAQs: Technical Information

Do you provide hosting?
Yes. We provide both shared hosting and dedicated hosting on Windows platforms. Our servers are co-located in Miami, Florida and are managed in a highly secured facility.

Do I have to host with you?
No. However, we usually recommend doing so. Since some web sites we develop are extremely complex, our servers are already setup to handle them. We do host about 98% of our web clients. The rest choose to keep their current hosting company.

What steps are taken to prevent data loss?
Our servers are monitored 24/7/365. If our servers go down Technicians are available to get them up and running as quickly as possible.

All of our servers are a RAID1 which means that there are two hard drives in the machine. Data is automatically copied from one hard drive to the other. So, if one hard drive fails the server is still operational and all data is maintained. A Technician will hot swap the other drive out and replace it with a new one.

The web sites that we developed are also backed up on a daily basis to a separate off-site location, than the actual servers. This way in case of a catastrophe we can rebuild the server and restore the data.

What is your uptime for your hosting?
Our servers are up over 99% of the time.
